A really, really great state of being. There is research to show an attitude of gratitude can actually make you happier.

And who doesn’t want that?

Happiness is a universal quest – we’re all trying to find happiness in various ways. What works for some people doesn’t work for others, but gratitude seems to increase happiness unversally.
