The word “healing” can be interpreted in many ways.

Give yourself a few moments of your precious time. This week we’re focusing on the kind of healing that comes internally, when you let yourself acknowledge the things over which you have control… and more importantly- the things over which you don’t have control.

Healing can mean forgiving someone even when they don’t deserve it. It can mean facing a fear. It can even mean taking a moment and just breathing.

Our hope this week is that you can take a moment for yourself. Allow yourself time to breathe, forgive, and heal. Healing is worth the moments you spend finding it!

Give yourself a few moments of your precious time.
